As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I organise and lead therapeutic creative workshops and master-classes for adolescents and adults, vulnerable groups, neurodivergent people, thematic groups (changes, transformations, personal growth, resourcing, emotional burn-out prevention, self-support, public speaking, communication, etc.), for helping practitioners and the general audience.

I base my training activities on Transactional Analysis methods, Emotional Literacy theory and practice (Steiner), Redecision therapy model (Gouldings), Mindfulness, relaxational practices, art techniques (painting, drawing, doodling, sculpture, etc.), holistic approach, human ecology and nature.

As a trainer and an actress, I use methods of Acting Therapy, improvisational theatre, expressive and body-oriented methods. As a healing practitioner, I implement different traditional healing practices in the transformative activities, creating holistic synergies which are fluently adjustable for different intentions.

I love to travel, to learn and exchange with different cultures. As an intercultural mediator, I know the importance of creating a neutral and supportive space for dialogue and co-creation.
